I am not a dietician nor particularly a foodie. I am a person who has recently recognized the importance of healthy eating and am working toward improving my lifestyle. And yes, I have a full-time job and work long hours, but I don’t think that I should use this as a reason to eat fast food or pre-packaged food, and to neglect my physical and emotional well-being (though I have done so in the past). And no, I’m not perfect. I don’t always live up to my expectations in these regards, but I am trying. In the process, I hope to share my experience with others.
